When we are the right fit
German Market Entry
For asset managers looking to distribute to Sparkassen requiring specific WM Daten and Finanz Informatik connectivity.
Fragmented Provider Setup
Well suited for firms using different providers for GroMiKV, CRR and KVG reporting. We streamline the setup by bringing these German reporting obligations into one consistent service model.
When Template Updates Become a Burden
Frequent KVG reporting changes require constant attention. We take over version management so your team can focus on core activities.
Audit Overhead
For operations teams spending excessive time coordinating between data vendors and external auditors to certify capital charges.
Understanding KVG-Schnittstelle requirements
In 2015, the German Savings Banks Association (Sparkassen- und Giroverband, DSGV) launched a project to improve the integration of funds in the savings banks’ risk management and capital requirement calculation. A key driver of this project were the look-through provisions in the revised European Capital Requirements Regulation, which strongly incentivise banks to look through any fund holdings to avoid strict capital penalties for insufficient transparency.
The reports are required by Savings Banks (Sparkassen) in Germany.
CRR Reporting
Capital requirements reporting for funds, including RWA calculations, audited outputs, and WM Daten template production.
GroMiKV Reporting
Large exposure reporting for funds, including WM Daten enrichment, issuer aggregation, and validated BVI template production.
VAG Reporting
Regulatory reporting solution for fund managers serving insurers and pension fund investors, requiring transparent fund look-through and compliance under VAG and AnlV.
